Christy is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a BS in Chemical and Material Engineering. She began her career in Freeport, Texas as a commissioning engineer for PDH-1 in 2015. Christy then worked as a project engineer and finally the Utilities production engineer at the same facility. In 2018 Christy took on the EH&S Delivery Specialist role at LHC-7 also in Freeport, before moving to Deer Park to support Acrylates in the same capacity. In early 2022, Christy transitioned to her current role as the Senior EH&S Delivery Leader supporting Texas City, adding the Industrial Hygiene Leader responsibilities later that year.

Christy enjoys spending time with her partner Eric, indoor rock climbing, cooking, and traveling!
