Internship Program

 

INTERNSHIPS

Internships are available at United Way Galveston County Mainland. Internships can be used for course credit; please check with your academic advisor.

Applicant qualifications include:

  • Able to commit 15 hours per week within United Way Galveston County Mainland business hours Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm during the academic semester.  Virtual accommodations can be made for internships.  

  • Must be at least a Jr. in High School up to Graduate Student

Internship Applications are OPEN.

  • Please submit your application online. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Phone calls for interviews will be made once full application is received.

For those who are unable to meet the following requirements but are still interested with working for the United Way, we are offering several "off-site" internships. Please send a message to the email below regarding what specific skillset you have and what you'd be willing to help with.
