
Morgan Muraca is an accomplished HR leader at AMOCO Federal Credit Union, where she provides leadership and oversight in all areas of the Human Resources department as Vice President. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and as an HR Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
In January 2022, Morgan was awarded the RISE Award through AMOCO, which is a peer recognition award for Managers and Vice Presidents who have demonstrated exceptional levels of leadership and have made outstanding contributions to AMOCO using core values, Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. Within the same year, she was a Galveston County Daily News “40 under 40” Honoree. Most recently, Morgan was awarded the first ever Mary Ellen Doyle Volunteer of the Year award through United Way Galveston County Mainland.
Morgan proudly serves as a Board Member of United Way Galveston County Mainland and as Board Treasurer for Family Service Center. She lives in Bacliff with her husband, Mike, of 20 years. They have 2 almost-grown daughters. As a family, they enjoy beach vacations, going to concerts, and are very busy with school and college activities.
